goCodesk LLC founder, Greg Osting, was part of a healthcare staffing firm. This company was also required to meet the same compliance standards and had to examine more than 1200 field professionals in various states on assignment each week.

To reduce the administrative burden, they developed an effective and efficient program as a solution to ensure compliance with the state and federal guidelines. When that company closed, goCodesk LLC duplicated the technology to fill the need left in the wake of the closing. Currently, MA-Check is examining the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS/SAM) and the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) to cover the federal search requirements. We also have access to several state specific exclusion list and we will continue to add more state lists when available.

Your reports are accessible via your access on the MA-Check website. Once your file has been processed, you will receive an email notification that the search results are complete.

Uploading your data with MA-Check is easy and convenient. The upload function of MA-Check allows you to quickly upload your file and get back the data results you need!

• Download our Medicaid Exclusion Template or NPI Verification Template. These templates are formatted so that all of the required data is included. It virtually eliminates the potential for failed attempts due to formatting issues.
• Enter in your employee, vendor or contractor information and save as a CSV file*
• Once your file is complete, upload it to MA-Check. Results will usually be ready within 24 hours.
• NOTE: We only search individuals' entities, not business entities
